Hon. James Carr

Judge Carr is a graduate of Kenyon College and Harvard Law Schol. He practiced law in Chicago from 1966 until 1970, when he joined the faculty of the University of Toledo College of Law. In 1979, he became U.S.
Magistrate Judge; in 1994 he became a District Judge.
